With its 38" mower deck, 5-speed transaxle, and reliable 12 HP electric start engine, this tractor was a force to be reckoned with.
If someone asked, “What mower should I start with?” The Craftsman II would be my answer.
Why is it called “Silver Fox”?
Originally, we were going to name it after Sam Elliot.
After learning his nickname was “The Silver Fox”, the nickname stuck.
